A doorbell that’s also your smart-home hub

This is what sets the G410 apart from an ordinary video doorbell. It has a built-in Matter Controller, a Thread Border Router and an Aqara Zigbee hub, so the doorbell itself runs your smart-home logic and connects your Aqara sensors, switches and locks — no separate hub required. Through Advanced Matter Bridging it also exposes your Aqara Zigbee devices to Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa and SmartThings. For a Singapore home starting fresh, the G410 can be both your front-door camera and the hub everything else runs on.

2K video with mmWave radar and on-device face recognition

The G410 records 2K video (up to 1536p, capped at 1200p within Apple Home) through a wide 175° f/1.8 lens with a 4:3 aspect ratio, with infrared night vision for low light. Instead of a basic motion sensor it uses an mmWave radar presence sensor for more reliable detection with fewer false alerts, and on-device face recognition can trigger personalised actions — like a welcome-home greeting when it recognises you. Privacy Masking lets you block out parts of the frame, and Voice Modification disguises your voice during two-way calls.

Battery or wired power

The G410 gives you both options. Run it on 6 × AA batteries for a wire-free install that lasts up to about five months, or hard-wire it to existing 12–24V doorbell wiring. Note that 24/7 continuous recording is only available in wired mode, and the G410 does not use Power over Ethernet. For wired installs that need a transformer, PassionHome stocks a compatible 12V doorbell transformer. The indoor Chime/Hub unit is powered separately over USB-C (adapter not included) and plays the chime through a 95 dB speaker with custom ringtones.

The G410 is designed for entryway placement — a front door, HDB lift-lobby, condo unit door or a sheltered porch. Aqara does not publish a formal IP weather rating for it, so for an exposed, rain-prone spot we recommend adding the weatherproof case to shield it from direct rain. Installation in Singapore

The G410 mounts at your entrance with the included wall screws and a 20° wedge bracket to angle the view along a corridor or across a gate. You can run it on the 6 included AA batteries for a no-wiring install, or wire it to a 12–24V doorbell circuit (best done by an electrician if you’re not comfortable with low-voltage wiring). The indoor Chime/Hub plugs into a USB-C power source. Setup is done in the Aqara Home app. If your estate is running an Aqara group buy, a significant discount applies when your estate unlocks.
