The Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor T1 is a compact Zigbee 3.0 sensor that measures temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure — a tiny three-in-one weather station for your home. It reports readings to the Aqara Home app through an Aqara hub, keeps a history you can graph, and can trigger automations — for example switching on a fan or dehumidifier when a room gets too humid. It runs on a single CR2032 coin cell for up to two years. The T1 is a button-only sensor with no on-device screen.

What it measures — temperature, humidity and pressure

At its heart the T1 is a temperature and humidity sensor, and it adds an atmospheric-pressure reading on top. Temperature is accurate to ±0.3°C across −20 to 50°C, humidity to ±3% across 0 to 100% RH, and atmospheric pressure to ±0.12 kPa across 30 to 110 kPa. There is no screen on the device — the T1 sends its readings to your Aqara hub and the Aqara Home app, where you see live values and historical graphs. When the environment is stable it reports about once an hour; it reports instantly when the temperature shifts more than 0.5°C, humidity more than 6%, or pressure by at least 25 Pa.

Connectivity — Zigbee 3.0, hub required

The T1 uses Zigbee 3.0 and is a child device of an Aqara hub — it cannot connect to your phone directly, so an Aqara Zigbee hub is required. Indoors it stays connected to the hub up to about 10 metres (walls permitting). It is a Zigbee sensor, not natively certified for Matter; it is exposed to Matter ecosystems only when bridged through a Matter-controller Aqara hub such as the Aqara Hub M3. The entry-level Aqara M2 Hub works as a Zigbee hub for it too.

Yes. The T1 is a three-in-one sensor: it measures temperature (±0.3°C), relative humidity (±3%) and atmospheric pressure (30 to 110 kPa, ±0.12 kPa). The pressure reading makes it a tiny weather station as well as a comfort sensor.

Does the T1 have a display or screen?

No. The T1 is a button-only sensor with no on-device screen. It reports its temperature, humidity and pressure readings to your Aqara hub and the Aqara Home app, where you can see live values and historical graphs. The single button is used to check connectivity and to pair or reset the device.

Does the T1 need a hub?

Yes. The T1 is a Zigbee 3.0 child device and cannot connect to your phone directly — it needs an Aqara Zigbee hub. Connect the hub to your phone first, then add the T1 to the hub.
