How Simon Smart works

The i7 Smart range runs on Zigbee 3.0 and is controlled through the Simon Smart app. Add a Simon Zigbee Gateway (sold separately) as the hub, and you can control your lighting by app, by the wall switch, by automation, and by voice with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Siri. The switch still works manually on the wall even if your internet drops.

Scenes at a touch

Each gang is a programmable scene button set up in the Simon Smart app — for example a “Movie” scene that dims the lights and closes the curtains. A scene switch sends commands to your smart devices, so it does not switch a load directly and does not need a neutral at its own box.
