Do I need to have bought my devices from PassionHome?
No. We set up devices from any source — PassionHome, Lazada, Shopee, Taobao, another installer, or a previous owner. If it runs on Aqara, Tuya, Smart Life, Yeelight or Yeelight Pro, we can work with it.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. Simple app issues — re-pairing after a router change, account problems, automation tweaks — can often be solved over a WhatsApp video call. Bigger jobs are done on-site at your home.
Which apps do you support?
Aqara Home, Tuya, Smart Life, Yeelight and Yeelight Pro, plus linking to Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Apple Home where your devices support them.
Can you put everything into one app?
Often, yes — it depends on which devices you own. Many mixed setups can be consolidated or bridged through a single ecosystem. We assess what you have and tell you honestly what can and cannot be unified before you commit.
