What is the KDK Group Buy Pricing for my HDB BTO Estate?
Please WhatsApp us for the current group-buy price list. KDK promo pricing is dynamic and changes with each KDK promo cycle, so we share the latest numbers directly to ensure accuracy. Best to confirm and order as soon as you’re ready β we can’t hold KDK prices for 90 days like our other estate group-buy categories.
Is installation included?
The price does not include installation. You can opt for a KDK authorised installer, $60 per fan for installation on a concrete ceiling. Otherwise, you can get your contractor to install it also. Most contractors should know how to install KDK fans; the manuals are also in the box. But do take note, KDK might charge you for transport and labour to fix incorrect installations.
Is there free delivery?
Free delivery for a minimum purchase of 2-3 fans. Note: If you are part of an active group buy you will enjoy free delivery even for 1 fan; however, the delivery date and delivery time options will follow the date and timing of other deliveries to your estate.
I can only receive the goods after July, but the promotion ends in July and delivery is by July, so how?
KDK can hold your order for you until such time as you are ready to receive the fan. But take note, the warranty starts from the date of storage.
What is the new warranty offer?
a. Effective 1 May 2026 to End July 2026, KDK will extend the warranty for the DC motor of ceiling fans to 3 years. Kindly note that the general warranty for DC ceiling fans will still be 1 year only
b. All expenses related to service charges, transportation, and other charges not limited to those incurred for repairs or PCB (Printed Circuit Board) replacements shall be borne by the customer starting from the 13 months of the Extended Warranty Coverage.
c. Effective 1 May 2026 to End July 2026, the warranty coverage for Motors of KDK DC Ceiling Fans will be extended to 36 months.
d. The 36-month extended warranty covers the motor of KDK DC Ceiling Fans only
e. Only KDK DC Ceiling Fans purchased on or after 1 May 2026 are eligible for this Extended Warranty
f. In layman’s terms, you have 3 years motor warranty and 1 year onsite warranty service.
What are the payment methods for this group buy?
Due to the special price offer, the only accepted payment method is PayNow
What are the differences between the 6 KDK models in the Group Buy Offer?
For the 4 Smart Fans (F40GP, E48GP, E48HP, H56GP) you can use the KDK’s app to control. They differ in size either 40″ or 48″ or 56″ and whether it has a Light kit or not.
The Other 2 are are non-smart fans (U48FP, U60FW) 48″ and 60″.
What sizes are suitable for my HDB bedrooms and Living room?
56″ and 60″ are suitable for the living room. 48″ is ideal for the bedrooms. If you have space constraints due to cabinets, then you can consider the 40″.
What is the difference between the current promo and the anniversary promo that ended on January 2026?
The June 2025 to January 2026 promotion came with 1 + 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects and 2 years of on-site service. Essentially, you had 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects along with 2 years of on-site service. The May 2026 to End July 2026 promotion comes with 1 Year warranty on manufacturing defects, but you get 3 years (1+2) motor warranty. Only the 1st Year onsite service is free.
