The SmartGeez 20A Smart Water Heater Switch upgrades your existing storage or instant water heater with real smart control. Schedule it to pre-heat before your alarm so you wake to a full tank of hot water, then have it switch off automatically so nothing runs while the home is empty. Rated up to 20A / 4400W, it is built for high-power heaters — and it comes in Black, White, Rose Gold and Space Grey to suit any bathroom.
One switch, three modes
✅ Schedule on/off — set on-times for hot water when you wake or arrive home, and off-times to stop standby waste.
✅ Inching auto-off — a countdown of up to 60 minutes switches the heater off after a set time, no matter how it was turned on (app, schedule, or the wall press).
✅ Always-on — keep the heater reliably on all day; it auto-recovers if accidentally switched off. Ideal for families with kids, babies, or elderly needing hot water throughout the day.
App, voice & sensor automation
Monitor and control the heater from anywhere in the Smart Life app, and use Google Home or Amazon Alexa for hands-free on/off. Pair it with SmartGeez motion sensors to auto-off when the shower has been empty.
WiFi or Zigbee 3.0Pick your connection
Choose the WiFi version for the simplest setup — it runs straight off your home WiFi with no hub. Choose Zigbee 3.0 to join a mesh via the SmartGeez S10 hub or S10 Pro hub for faster, more reliable response.
