Which lock should I get?
Quick decision tree based on what door you’re upgrading:
- Standard HDB main door (mortise + deadbolt construction)? โ Mortise lineup: A100 (S$669, value) / D100 (S$869, mid) / D200i (S$1,099, premium with 3D face). All BCA fire-safety certified.
- HDB metal gate? โ One of the Tier 3 deadbolts (U50 / U100) + the S$200 gate accessory kit.
- Interior wooden door โ bedroom, study, walk-in wardrobe? โ U300 (S$479).

- Standard wooden-door installation is included in every Aqara lock sold by PassionHome โ no extra charge.
- HDB metal gates: add the S$200 Gate Accessory Kit + install (Tier 3 deadbolts only โ B50 / U50 / U100 / U400). Converts the wooden-door deadbolt to a gate-door deadbolt.
- Aluminium doors and special installation scenarios may attract an additional fee โ let PassionHome know your door type in advance via WhatsApp +65 9051 7063.
- Pre-install cylinder check: for U200 Kit / U200 Lite Kit retrofits, the installer verifies the existing cylinder has an Emergency Function before fitting. Send a photo for fitment confirmation.
